DMCA & Copyright Policy

1. Respect for Intellectual Property
Safe Training Data respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. We will respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and similar laws.
2. Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that content on Safe Training Data infringes your copyright, please send a DMCA takedown notice containing the following information:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, or a representative list if multiple works are involved.
- Identification of the infringing material and information reasonably sufficient to locate it on our Service (e.g., URL or document ID).
- Your contact information: name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.

4. Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing:
- Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number.
- A statement that you consent to jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or if outside the US, any judicial district where Safe Training Data may be found).
- A statement that you will accept service of process from the complainant.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
5. Repeat Infringers
Safe Training Data will terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers. We consider a repeat infringer to be any user who has been the subject of more than two valid DMCA takedown notices.
6. Misrepresentation Warning
Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed by mistake, may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.
